Applying for a Puppy

Our puppies are family  and it is vitally important to me as a responsible breeder that I make every effort to ensure our puppies go to homes where they will be loved, cherished and cared for thru out their lives. 

We require a puppy application (below) be completed and submitted.  After review we will  contact you by phone where we can get to know one another better and answer any questions you might have.  At that time, if Cowgirl Cotons feels like a good fit with you and you with us, we will send you a contract and add you to our waiting list.

As the Malagasy Coton de Tulear is a relatively rare breed, we keep a waiting list, secured with a deposit,  for our puppies.
